In accord with the LOLER regulation, the Alpine servicing team will carry out 2 service visits per year.

When signed up to the Alpine servicing contract, a member of the Alpine team will carry out an onsite assessment, detailing the makes and  serial numbers of your equipment, this information is then stored at the Alpine offices, allowing the team to be intelligent on any item of equipment when a break down call is reported

Engineers carry a full range of parts, enabling the majority of breakdowns to be resolved immediately

After the completion of a service, each item of equipment is labelled with the pass certificate

When signed up to the Alpine servicing contract you automatically have access to discounted spare parts for all makes of equipment

When signed up to the Alpine servicing contract you automatically have access to discounted prices for new equipment

All engineers are in accord with ISO 9001 and CHAS.  All staff are also CRB checked

 

Description:

Under the ‘LIFTING OPERATIONS AND LIFTING EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS 1998 (LOLER)’ it is your obligation to ensure that all lifting equipment is safe to use.  The experienced servicing team at Alpine will guide you through the regulation, and help you put in place the required measures, again “We’ll take care of it”
